As technical general contractor, we are responsible for the full design, installation and commissioning of every building services system in the building. The client deals with a single MEP partner, and we answer for the performance of the system as a whole.
Building management is part of the design
The building management system integrates and supervises the individual controls of cooling, heating, ventilation, water supply and drainage. We do not bolt it on to the MEP afterwards: detailed design and controls design are a single process — which is why the systems work together on the day of handover.
Baseline requirements
For us, operational reliability and energy efficiency are not extras but the starting point. The K&H headquarters (LEED Gold), the HVG headquarters and the ELTE Southern Building all bear this out.
