We design and install building services for office buildings, public buildings, halls, shopping centres, hotels and industrial facilities — as a single package, acting as the client's one accountable partner.
What is included?
Everything from water supply, gas networks and central heating to cooling systems, from boiler houses to water treatment, and from procuring air-conditioning and air-handling equipment through to commissioning. We procure and deliver the installation materials, and we also handle permitting and technical handover.
What we focus on
- Operational reliability. We select and build systems to be fault-tolerant and easy to maintain.
- Energy efficiency. Heat recovery, variable-flow systems, heat pumps and geothermal solutions where the project justifies them.
- In occupied buildings, too. In refurbishments we work in phases so that the building stays in normal use — as we did at the University of Pécs, with teaching continuing throughout.
