Complete building services installation for a 70 000 m² office building to LEED requirements — the building achieved LEED Gold certification.

We delivered the complete building services installation for the K&H headquarters office building to state-of-the-art office standards and with environmental performance in mind, in line with LEED requirements. The building achieved LEED Gold certification.

The project in numbers

  • total floor area: 70 000 m²
  • 5000 kW cooling and 3700 kW heating capacity, partly from geothermal equipment
  • 300 kW redundant server cooling
  • 400 000 m³/h comfort ventilation, 1 105 000 m³/h smoke extraction
  • heat pump: Qh = 400 kW, Qf = 385 kW
  • project value: approx. HUF 2 billion
