Building services and general contracting
We work in four ways: from complete building services to individual systems, or as general contractor responsible for the building as a whole.
- 01 MEP installation Heating, cooling, ventilation, water, gas and drainage — complete building services for office buildings, hotels, shopping centres, public buildings and industrial facilities, design included.
- 02 Technical general contracting Every building services system on a project — cooling, heating, ventilation, water, drainage and building management — from design to commissioning, with one party responsible.
- 03 General contracting and fit-out Turnkey delivery from design to commissioning — architecture, MEP, electrical and controls under one contract, including in heritage buildings.
- 04 MEP subcontracting Installation and commissioning of individual building services and process systems, when the client delivers the project with several specialist contractors in parallel.
