Complete building services for a 52 000 m² shopping centre, including design and installation of the building management system.
Our task was the complete installation of the building services systems (cooling, heating, water supply, drainage), together with the design and installation of the building management system.
With a total floor area of 52 000 m², Korzó is one of the newest mixed-use complexes in Nyíregyháza. The ventilation that provides heating and cooling is a variable-air-volume fresh-air system with heat recovery; operational reliability and energy efficiency were the decisive factors.
The 6000 kW heating and cooling energy centre for the whole of MOM Park — apartments, offices, and a shopping and entertainment centre.
A 72 000 m² mixed-use complex: design of the building management system and installation of all building services, sprinklers included.
