Our task was the design of the building management system and the complete installation, assembly and commissioning of the building services systems (cooling, heating, ventilation, water supply, sprinklers, drainage).
The 72 000 m² Árkád shopping centre and office building is one of the newest mixed-use complexes in Pécs, designed with operational reliability and energy efficiency as the decisive factors. The ventilation that provides heating and cooling is a variable-air-volume fresh-air system with heat recovery.
