Headquarters
Upgrade of the heating and cooling energy supply of the OTP headquarters:
- complete refurbishment of the primary cooling and heating circuits;
- refurbishment of the domestic hot water system;
- replacement of the flue gas systems and modification of the gas network;
- builder's strip-out and construction works, and crane operations in central Budapest;
- modification of the electrical network serving the building services;
- a boiler plant of two banks of 6 × 105 kW boilers;
- installation of two 565 kW chillers.

Fit-out of bank branches in shopping centres, residential buildings, stand-alone buildings or heritage settings, from 250 m² upwards: complete building, MEP and electrical works from strip-out to turnkey, nationwide — including in Miskolc, Nyíregyháza, Győr and Sopron.
