Our task was the complete detailed design of the building services systems — cooling, heating, water supply, drainage, gas supply, steam and compressed air, air handling and electrical power distribution — together with the controls and the building management system.
ELTE's Southern Building is one of the largest facilities in Hungarian higher education: its heating demand is 4.5 MW, its cooling demand 4 MW and its electrical power demand 2.5 MW. The building management system integrates and supervises the individual controls of each system.
